1. من نحن

«صخر» (Sakher) مساعد تنفيذي يعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي، تقدّمه الإسطرلاب في المملكة العربية السعودية. الإسطرلاب هي الجهة المتحكّمة بالبيانات الشخصية التي تُعالَج عبر صخر، ويمكن التواصل معها على info@sakher.ai.

تسري هذه السياسة على موقع sakher.ai وعلى استخدامك لصخر عبر مختلف وسائل التواصل.

1. Who we are

Sakher is an AI-powered executive assistant provided by Al Astrolabe in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Al Astrolabe is the controller of the personal data processed through Sakher and can be reached at info@sakher.ai.

This policy applies to sakher.ai and to your use of Sakher across all communication channels.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

  • بيانات الحساب: الاسم، ورقم الجوال، والبريد الإلكتروني، واللغة والقناة المفضّلتان.
  • محتوى طلباتك: نص الرسائل التي ترسلها إلى صخر، ونستخدمه لتنفيذ الطلب فقط.
  • بيانات Google التي تأذن بها: مواعيد تقويم Google ومهام Google Tasks، عند منحك الإذن.
  • سجلات التشغيل: وقت الطلب ونوعه ونتيجته، دون محتوى الرسالة.
  • نموذج قائمة الانتظار: الاسم والبريد، والجوال والمسمّى الوظيفي إن أدخلتهما.

لا يستخدم موقعنا ملفات تعريف الارتباط (cookies) ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع إعلاني.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, mobile number, email address, preferred language and channel.
  • Request content: the text of messages you send to Sakher, used only to carry out your request.
  • Google data you authorise: Google Calendar events and Google Tasks, when you grant permission.
  • Operational logs: time, type and outcome of a request, without message content.
  • Waitlist form: name and email, plus mobile number and job title if you provide them.

Our website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

  • لتنفيذ ما تطلبه: إدارة المواعيد والمهام، والتذكير، والإجابة عن استفساراتك.
  • للتحقق من هويتك وحماية حسابك ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
  • لتشغيل الخدمة وتحسين موثوقيتها وإصلاح الأعطال.
  • للتواصل معك بشأن الخدمة، أو بشأن قائمة الانتظار إن سجّلت فيها.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.

نعالج بياناتك بناءً على موافقتك، ولتنفيذ الخدمة التي طلبتها، ولمصالحنا المشروعة في تأمين الخدمة وتشغيلها، ويمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت.

3. How we use your data

  • To do what you ask: manage appointments and tasks, send reminders and answer your questions.
  • To verify your identity, protect your account and prevent misuse.
  • To operate the service, improve its reliability and fix faults.
  • To contact you about the service, or about the waitlist if you joined it.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, to perform the service you requested, and for our legitimate interest in securing and running the service. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. بيانات Google (التقويم والمهام)

إذا ربطت حسابك في Google، يطلب صخر إذنًا بالوصول إلى تقويم Google وGoogle Tasks ليتمكّن من إنشاء المواعيد والمهام والبحث عنها وتعديلها وحذفها بناءً على طلبك فقط.

  • نقرأ هذه البيانات مباشرة من Google عند تنفيذ طلبك، ولا نخزّن نسخة من تقويمك أو مهامك.
  • لا نسمح بأي اطلاع بشري على بيانات Google إلا بموافقتك الصريحة، أو لأغراض أمنية كالتحقيق في إساءة الاستخدام، أو حيث تُلزمنا الأنظمة بذلك.
  • لا ننقلها إلى أي طرف إلا بالقدر اللازم لتنفيذ طلبك، بما في ذلك معالجتها لدى مزوّدي نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي عند الحاجة لفهم طلبك وتنفيذه، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي عامة.
  • يمكنك سحب الإذن في أي وقت من myaccount.google.com/permissions.

يلتزم صخر في استخدام المعلومات التي يتلقّاها من واجهات Google ونقلها إلى أي تطبيق آخر بـسياسة بيانات المستخدم لخدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).

4. Google user data (Calendar and Tasks)

If you connect your Google account, Sakher asks for permission to access Google Calendar and Google Tasks so it can create, find, update and delete events and tasks only when you ask it to.

  • We read this data directly from Google when carrying out your request and do not store a copy of your calendar or tasks.
  • We do not allow human access to Google user data without your explicit consent, except for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or where required by law.
  • We do not transfer it except as needed to fulfil your request, including processing by our AI model providers where necessary to understand and fulfil your request, and never use it for advertising or to train generalised AI models.
  • You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Sakher's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. المعالجة بالذكاء الاصطناعي

لفهم طلبك وتنفيذه، يُرسَل نص الطلب والبيانات اللازمة له إلى مزوّدي نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي لمعالجته فقط. ويعالجها المزوّدون بموجب شروط تمنع استخدامها في تدريب نماذجهم، ولا نستخدم بياناتك لتدريب أي نموذج.

5. AI processing

To understand and carry out your request, its text and the data it needs are sent to our AI model providers for processing only. The providers process it under terms that prohibit using it to train their models, and we do not use your data to train any model.

6. مقدّمو الخدمات

نستعين بمقدّمي خدمات يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنّا وبالقدر اللازم فقط، ضمن الفئات التالية:

  • مزوّدو البنية السحابية واستضافة الموقع.
  • مزوّدو قنوات التواصل، مثل البريد والمراسلة الفورية.
  • مزوّدو نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • مزوّدو قواعد البيانات وأتمتة سير العمل.

6. Service providers

We use service providers that process data on our behalf, only as needed, in these categories:

  • Cloud infrastructure and website hosting providers.
  • Communication channel providers, such as email and instant messaging.
  • AI model providers.
  • Database and workflow automation providers.

7. نقل البيانات خارج المملكة

قد يعالج بعض مقدّمي الخدمات البيانات خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. نلتزم في ذلك بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه، وبالضمانات المناسبة التي توفّر مستوى حماية ملائمًا.

7. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia. When they do, we follow the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations and apply appropriate safeguards that provide an adequate level of protection.

8. مدة الاحتفاظ

  • محتوى الرسائل وبيانات التقويم والمهام: لا تُحفظ في قاعدة بياناتنا، والنسخ المؤقتة تُحذف خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 30 يومًا.
  • سجلات التشغيل: 12 شهرًا.
  • بيانات الحساب: طوال الاشتراك، و12 شهرًا بعد إلغائه، ما لم تطلب حذفها قبل ذلك.
  • قائمة الانتظار: حتى إطلاق الخدمة، أو 12 شهرًا كحدّ أقصى.

8. Retention

  • Message content and Calendar and Tasks data: not stored in our database; transient copies are deleted within no more than 30 days.
  • Operational logs: 12 months.
  • Account data: for the subscription and 12 months after cancellation, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Waitlist: until launch, or 12 months at most.

9. أمن البيانات

نحمي البيانات بتشفير الاتصال، وضوابط الوصول، وحفظ المفاتيح السرية في خزائن مخصّصة، ومنح الصلاحيات بأقل قدر لازم.

9. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, secrets kept in dedicated vaults, and least-privilege permissions.

10. حقوقك

لك الحق في العلم بمعالجة بياناتك، والوصول إليها والحصول على نسخة منها، وتصحيحها، وحذفها، وسحب موافقتك، والاعتراض على المعالجة أو تقييدها، ونقل بياناتك.

لممارسة أي حق، راسلنا على privacy@sakher.ai، وسنردّ خلال 30 يومًا. ولك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).

10. Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access your data and obtain a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability.

To exercise any right, email privacy@sakher.ai; we will reply within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

11. المستخدمون دون 18 عامًا

صخر موجّه أساسًا للبالغين. ويمكن لمن هم بين 13 و18 عامًا، كطلاب المدارس، استخدامه بموافقة ولي الأمر وإشرافه. ولا نقدّم الخدمة لمن هم دون 13 عامًا.

11. Users under 18

Sakher is intended mainly for adults. Users aged 13 to 18, such as school students, may use it with a parent's or guardian's consent and supervision. We do not provide the service to anyone under 13.

12. التعديلات والتواصل

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر أي تعديل هنا مع تاريخ السريان الجديد، ونبلغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية. للاستفسار: privacy@sakher.ai.

عند أي اختلاف بين النصّين العربي والإنجليزي، يُعتمد النص العربي.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. Any change will be posted here with a new effective date, and we will notify you of material changes. Questions: privacy@sakher.ai.

If the Arabic and English texts differ, the Arabic text prevails.
