1. التعريف والقبول

«صخر» (Sakher) خدمة مساعد تنفيذي تعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي، تقدّمها الإسطرلاب في المملكة العربية السعودية. باستخدامك صخر فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.

1. About and acceptance

Sakher is an AI-powered executive assistant service provided by Al Astrolabe in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using Sakher you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. وصف الخدمة

يستقبل صخر طلباتك عبر قنوات التواصل، وينفّذها نيابةً عنك في الخدمات التي تربطها به بإذنك، مثل تقويم Google وGoogle Tasks.

2. The service

Sakher receives your requests over communication channels and carries them out on your behalf in the services you connect with your permission, such as Google Calendar and Google Tasks.

3. الأهلية والحساب

الخدمة موجّهة أساسًا للبالغين، ويمكن لمن هم بين 13 و18 عامًا استخدامها بموافقة ولي الأمر. وأنت مسؤول عن حسابك وعن قنوات التواصل المرتبطة به وعن حماية الوصول إليها.

3. Eligibility and account

The service is intended mainly for adults; users aged 13 to 18 may use it with a parent's or guardian's consent. You are responsible for your account, the channels linked to it, and keeping access to them secure.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

تلتزم بعدم استخدام صخر في أي غرض مخالف للأنظمة أو مسيء للغير، وبعدم محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها أو إساءة استخدامها.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sakher for any unlawful purpose or to harm others, and not to attempt to breach, disrupt or misuse the service.

5. طبيعة الذكاء الاصطناعي

يعتمد صخر على نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي، وقد يخطئ في فهم الطلب أو تنفيذه. لذا عليك مراجعة ما ينفّذه نيابةً عنك. ولا يُعدّ ما يقدّمه مشورة مهنية مالية أو صحية أو قانونية.

5. Nature of AI

Sakher relies on AI models and may misunderstand or mis-execute a request, so you should review what it does on your behalf. Its output is not professional financial, health or legal advice.

6. الصلاحيات والخدمات الخارجية

يعمل صخر بالصلاحيات التي تمنحها فقط، ويمكنك سحبها في أي وقت. ويخضع استخدامك لخدمات الأطراف الأخرى، مثل Google وواتساب، لشروطها، ولسنا مسؤولين عن توفّرها أو عملها.

6. Permissions and third-party services

Sakher acts only with the permissions you grant, which you can revoke at any time. Your use of third-party services, such as Google and WhatsApp, is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or operation.

7. التجربة والاشتراك

صخر الآن في مرحلة تجربة خاصة، وقد تتغيّر مزاياه. وقد تُفرض رسوم اشتراك لاحقًا، ولن تُطبَّق عليك إلا بعد إشعارك وموافقتك.

7. Pilot and subscription

Sakher is currently in a private pilot and its features may change. Subscription fees may be introduced later, and will not apply to you without prior notice and your agreement.

8. الإيقاف والإنهاء

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام صخر وطلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت. ويحق لنا إيقاف الحساب أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Sakher and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

9. الملكية الفكرية

صخر واسمه وتصميمه ومحتوى الموقع ملك للإسطرلاب. أما المحتوى الذي ترسله وبياناتك فتبقى ملكك.

9. Intellectual property

Sakher, its name, design and website content belong to Al Astrolabe. The content you send and your data remain yours.

10. إخلاء الضمان وحدود المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توفّرها»، دون ضمان خلوّها من الأخطاء أو الانقطاع. وفي حدود ما تسمح به الأنظمة، لا تتحمّل الإسطرلاب المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Al Astrolabe is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكمها بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. التعديلات والتواصل

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وسننشر أي تعديل هنا مع تاريخ السريان الجديد، ونبلغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية. للاستفسار: info@sakher.ai.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Any change will be posted here with a new effective date, and we will notify you of material changes. Questions: info@sakher.ai.
